We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Systems Engineer to join our team. The Role: Key Responsibilities

The Systems Engineer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of fire and security solutions in both commercial, and domestic settings. Whilst the role is primarily focused on security systems you will be working on the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of:

Day-to-day duties will include:

  1. Executing high-quality installations and commissioning across all system types to SSAIB/BAFE standards.

  2. Ensuring all work is accurately documented and signed off, reflecting our commitment to clear communications.
  3. Providing professional, knowledgeable, and friendly customer interaction, acting as a key ambassador for the Falcon brand.

  4. Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive service calls as needed, troubleshooting complex faults efficiently.

  5. Proactively engaging in training and professional development to stay current with industry technologies and compliance.

Essential Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of field experience in the Fire and Security industry.

  • Demonstrable technical proficiency across Intruder Alarms, IP CCTV, Access Control. Not essential but certainly an advantage if you are alsoproficient in Fire Alarm Systems.

  • Strong understanding of relevant industry regulations (BS standards, BAFE/SSAIB codes of practice).

The Package

  • Compensation: A basic salary in excess of £40,000 - up to £48,000, dependent on experience.

  • Annual Leave:  23 days annual holiday rising to 28, plus birthdays, and all Bank Holidays.
