A complete security package in Penn

A family in Penn were looking for a complete security package. This family home has a complex security set up including an integrated alarm system throughout main house, cottage and gate house. Their previous alarm maintainer was non-responsive. They could not be relied upon to arrive when they said they would, let alone keep the systems running efficiently. So our customer began looking for a reliable, conscientious and responsive local alarm maintenance company.
With plans for some refurbishment and re-modelling works, the family wanted to be confident their security systems were fully operational before works began. They also wanted to increase their security by adding a high definition CCTV system alongside an intercom they could receive on their phones. The planned building works being the perfect time to have these completed.
Taking a recommendation from a neighbour, they called Falcon and we arranged a no cost, complete security review.
Confidence in the alarm system
Upon meeting Mr & Mrs L our experienced engineer learnt that the alarm systems had been gradually extended over the previous 15 years. Unfortunately there had been no thought to how the family used the property. This meant there were many problems at the point of use. These included numerous false activations and unwanted alarms. Keypads and detectors were not even in all the right places. We agreed to fix the alarm system as first priority, before adding the additional CCTV they needed.
All Falcon team members, including surveyors, are experienced installers. This means we understand both what the technology is supposed to do, and most importantly how it actually works. We re-used as much of the existing infra structure as was possible. This meant we could re-design the alarm system to meet Mr & Mrs L’s needs and budget. Using a Texecom Premier Elite alarm we were able to meet all the property’s needs.
Our friendly team completed the work during a two day period, with no disruption to the property. The intruder alarm was linked to our alarm receiving centre and we set up their remote APP on their smart phones, so they could control the system when away from the property. Mr & Mrs L now had the peace of mind to know their alarm system works, and their property is secure.
Complete integrated security package
Now confident in their alarm system Mr & Mrs L asked us to propose an upgrade to their entryphone, so they could connect via an APP. This means they will never miss deliveries, and could respond to visitors from their mobile phones. They also wanted CCTV to cover their gardens and the perimeter of their property.
We suggested a Came BPT intercom system with an XTS WiFi monitor for APP connectivity, and 4K Hikvision High Definition cameras in white to blend in with the finish of the property.
Mr & Mrs L can sit back knowing that they can view the grounds of their property, the status of their alarm, or speak with visitors wherever they are. All with just a couple of clicks on their mobile phones. Another set of happy Falcon customers.
